Complimentary X-ray/MRI Review

To determine if an office appointment is beneficial for you, Dr. Hartman will provide complimentary review of your x-rays and/or MRI. Dr. Hartman will personally review the films and reports and respond directly regarding the need for an appointment. Please allow a week for this review to take place. Reports and films can be received by either fax or regular mail. Please be sure to include a phone number and/or an e-mail address that you can be reached. If sending via a fax, please send as “Attention to Dr. Michael W. Hartman”.
